All of our pieces are shipped with Evri (previously Hermes), you are able to track this on their website with the tracking code provided. You should recieve your tracking code through the Depop app.
Go to ‘My Depop’ → Purchases → Tap on the order and scroll down until you see ‘Where is my package?’ → A new page will open taking you to the Evri website where you can see full tracking details and make updates.
Alternatively, Go to ‘My Depop’ → Purchases → Tap on the order and you will see your tracking number labeled as ‘Evri Ref:’ Look for a code beginning H0……… Head to evri.com or the Shop app and enter the tracking number
